Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.

Develop and present interior design concepts and proposals.

Create floor plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings (as needed).

Recommend furniture, materials, lighting, and décor based on client needs.

Manage all aspects of the sales process—from lead generation to closing.

Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and invoices.

Maintain knowledge of current design trends and product lines.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute projects.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in interior design with a strong sales background.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and adaptable with a customer-first mindset.
