Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure high standards, cost-efficiency, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.

• Interpret architectural and structural drawings and execute construction activities accordingly.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals on-site.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Maintain daily site records and prepare regular reports on project progress.

• Manage site resources effectively – labor, materials, and machinery.

• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems that may arise.

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project status.
