We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Building Estimation Engineer with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQs, and budgeting for various civil and construction projects.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Study architectural and structural drawings to prepare quantity take-offs

Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment

Assist in preparing BOQs and tender documentation

Work closely with project and site teams for cost tracking and comparison

Evaluate vendor/supplier quotations and coordinate for costing

Maintain documentation and records of all estimation activities

✅ Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Basic knowledge of estimation tools like MS Excel, AutoCAD, or CostX (preferred)

Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, measurements & costing

Good communication and documentation skills

Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
