Architect

• Coordinate all phases of interior design projects from concept through completion.

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, vendors, contractors, and the design team.

• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation.

• Assist with procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes.

• Prepare and track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines.

• Support the design team with CAD drawings, mood boards, and presentation materials.

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure project timelines are met.

• Monitor project budgets and report variances to project managers.

• Ensure adherence to design standards, building codes, and client expectations.

• Organize and attend client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in interior design project coordination.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
