Key responsibilities:

1.3D Modeling and Documentation:
Develop accurate and detailed 3D architectural models using software like Revit, incorporating all necessary elements (walls, doors, windows, materials, etc.) to produce construction drawings and project documentation.
2.Coordination and Clash Detection:
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and design teams to ensure BIM coordination, resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks, and maintain model integrity across disciplines.
3.BIM Standards and Compliance:
Follow and enforce company or project-specific BIM standards, LOD (Level of Development) requirements, and ensure all models meet industry protocols for efficient design communication and project execution.
