Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture.
 Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
 Understanding of BMC processes, development control regulations, and municipal
filing procedures.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to travel locally for site and office visits.
 Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
 Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
