Job description

3 to 5 yrs of experience with consultancy firms and having proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualization. Ready to handle project design coordination, working drawings etc independently.

Responsibilities:

Project Design & Coordination:
Develop conceptual designs and prepare presentation drawings in 2D and 3D formats.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Working Drawings:
Prepare detailed working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing engineers for design integration.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in drawing production.
Design Development:
Explore design options and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather project information.
Prepare design reports and presentations.
Software Proficiency:
Demonstrate expertise in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
Utilize additional design software as required (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, rendering software).
