Tax Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Tax Audits as per Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act

• Prepare and review Form 3CD, Tax Audit Reports, and supporting schedules

• Handle Income Tax Return filings for individuals, firms, and companies

• Assist in GST Returns, Reconciliations, and annual compliance

• Coordinate with clients to collect data and resolve audit/taxation queries

• Support during assessments, scrutiny cases, and notices from tax authorities

• Work closely with senior team members and support juniors with reviews

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines

✅ Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Commerce / Semi-qualified CA / CA dropouts preferred

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Tax Audit & ITR Filings

• Good understanding of Income Tax, TDS, and GST Laws

• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and tax software (e.g., Winman, ClearTax)

• Strong communication, client handling, and time management skills

• Willingness to take ownership of deliverables and work under deadlines
