Tally Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Tally Technical Support:

 Provide technical support for Tally Prime, including troubleshooting installation, configuration, and operational issues.

 Assist customers with GST, VAT, Payroll, TDL, and customization in Tally.

 Resolve software errors, data corruption, and integration issues with third-party applications.

 Guide clients on Tally best practices, upgrades, and new features.

 Maintain records of client queries, resolutions, and feedback in CRM software.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime 9 / Tally Prime (Technical Support & Troubleshooting).

• Experience in customer service, inbound sales, or technical support is a plus.

• Good understanding of GST, taxation, inventory, and accounting principles.

• Familiarity with digital sales strategies (Google Ads, SEO, WhatsApp, email marketing).

• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customer queries effectively.

• Experience with CRM software for tracking customer interactions (preferred).
