Senior Accountant

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts and Balance Sheets.

• Manage cash flow, conduct risk assessments, and oversee payroll, vendor payments, and collections.

• Create various cost analyses and MIS reports for assigned sites.

Audit & Compliance

• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.

• Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, IT, and other statutory regulations.

• Coordinate with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for required filings and documentation.

Accounting Operations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure timely entries in Tally & any other accounting tools & reports used by the company.

• Manage invoices, track collections and payments, and ensure proper documentation.

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and IT returns while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Work closely with the audit and operations departments to resolve invoicing, payment and collection-related issues.

• Assist in identifying and rectifying discrepancies in vendor and client accounts.

• Timely invoicing of services rendered.

Invoicing & Payment Collection

• Understanding of purchase orders, sales agreements & Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms by company’s management with various sales channels/clients.

• Coordination with sales department for timely invoicing & correct data flow for services rendered & payments received. (ecommerce, physical commerce & B2B)

• Proactive follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payment

• Live reconciliation & record keeping of all payment (out & in) related data

• Immediate reporting to management in case of any discrepancy or default.
