🔍 What You’ll Do:
•Finalize monthly & annual financials as per Ind AS
•Own loan portfolio reconciliations & interest tracking
•Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings
•Prepare and submit RBI reports, ensure regulatory compliance
•Coordinate and support internal/external audits
•Work on Tally ERP and advanced Excel tools for analysis & reporting
•Lead and mentor a small, high-performing accounts team

✅ What We’re Looking For:
•4+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in NBFC/finance
•Proficient in Tally ERP, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
•Strong understanding of RBI regulations, GST laws, Income Tax

Educational Background: B.Com + CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred)
