• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and labor laws including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and TDS.

• Maintain accurate records for statutory filings and returns.

• Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for license renewals, audits, and inspections.

• Maintain employee compliance records such as offer letters, appointment letters, KYC documents, and exit formalities.

• Assist in creating and updating compliance-related policies and procedures.

• Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to management.

• Track amendments in labor laws and other statutory regulations and ensure timely implementation.

• Handle internal and external audits related to compliance.
