Legal Manager

We are looking for a Claims Manager to lead and oversee the insurance claims process, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. Basic English speaking and understanding is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the claims handling process from start to end.

• Review and approve customer claims as per policy guidelines.

• Guide the team in collecting and verifying claim documents.

• Communicate with customers regarding claim status, issues, and resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely claim settlement.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of all claims.

• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Good communication and team management skills.

• Knowledge of insurance claim processes.

• Basic English speaking and writing skills.
