Salary:- 15k to 20k monthly in hand
Qualification:- Graduation in BCOM

Key Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for sending the dispatch documents to Railway/Customer within 3

  working days from the date of dispatch.

• Maintaining list of pending CRN/R-Note.

• Railway E-dispatch to upload in IREPS portal on same day or next morning after

• dispatch.

• Sending reminders for overdue payments of customer/Railway.

• Communication with Railway/Customer regarding billing inquiries and issues.

• Sending the dispatch documents by mail to customer along with courier receipt.

• Keeping the record of E-invoice, E-way bill, LR Copy, Inspection Certificate, Online

bill, RIM Invoice, Debit Note and Credit Note.

• Maintaining the scan copy of dispatch documents of Railway/Customers.

• Keeping the track of courier of dispatch documents to Railway/Customers.

• Able to work in a team & Good written and verbal communication.
