Junior Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support month-end financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and files

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers

• Generate basic financial reports

• Assist in tax filing and compliance documentation

• Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Timing: Full-time, Day Shift

• Location: UB City, Bangalore

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
