Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team at Jagtap Horticulture Private Limited in Pune at Magarpatta. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information.

• Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.  

• Assist in generating and sending customer invoices.

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.

• Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates applying for this role must have 0 - 1 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Additionally, they are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft and any other ERP.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must Have Own Laptop
