Accounts Executive (SAP FICO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with working knowledge of SAP FICO to support the day-to-day accounting functions of our finance department. The ideal candidate will handle data entry, account reconciliation, and assist in financial reporting using SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and process daily financial transactions in SAP FICO.

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Assist with monthly closing, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

• Reconcile bank and vendor accounts regularly.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documents.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verifications and approvals.

• Assist in preparing tax reports (GST, TDS) and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related degree.

• Knowledge or training in SAP FICO module is mandatory.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and standards.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Internship or training experience using SAP FICO.

• Basic knowledge of statutory compliance and tax filings.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting domain.
