Finance Executive

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance (Accounts) Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience using accounting software.
  Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper

• documentation of transactions

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

• Prepare and process journal entries, expense reports, and petty cash transactions

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits

• Generate MIS reports and assist in budget preparation and variance analysis

• Support the finance team in implementing financial controls and process improvements

• Handle basic payroll entries and coordination with HR for salary disbursements
  Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho

• Books, QuickBooks, etc.)

• Good understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation (GST,

• TDS), and statutory compliance
