Senior Finance Executive – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

Role Overview:

LetzBizz is seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions on behalf of our esteemed client. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of financial processes and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the Singapore time zone and possess a proven track record in managing financial transactions efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliation.

• Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable, including vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling, and disbursement.

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.

• Prepare and analyse financial reports related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters.

• Adhere to internal controls and financial policies.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Work collaboratively with other finance team members to achieve departmental goals.

• Operate effectively within the Singapore time zone to meet client requirements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

• Ability to work comfortably and effectively during Singapore time zone hours.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with Zoho Books accounting software.

• Exposure to financial operations within global companies.

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
