Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally & Excel Operator to support our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial and transactional data, maintaining records, and assisting the accounting team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update invoices, purchase orders, bills, and vouchers in accounting software

• Maintain accurate and organized records of financial data

• Assist in preparing reports, ledgers, and reconciliations

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for documentation and clarification

• Ensure timely and error-free data entries

• Support the accounts team with administrative and clerical tasks

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or any accounting software

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers

• Good communication and coordination skills
