Billing Executive - Pharma 

Job Description

·       Preparing Tax invoices, packing list, E-waybill and Export documentation.

·       Preparation of Quotation and sending the same to client

·       Manage all dispatch records

·       Monthly billing reports send to sales executives & accounts department.

·       Resolving customers problems and complaints.

·       Planned and maintained the schedule.

·       Handing vendor payments c.

·       Emailing the dispatch details

·       We need an experienced candidate having an experience of 2-3 years into Supply Chain Management profile who has handled purchase and sales billing of individual products, billing cycle system management and warehouse management.

Educational Qualification

·       D.Pharma / B.Pharma with proficiency in computers

·       Should have a good command over English communication. At least basic English spoken, and written English required since a lot of communication must be done over emails.
