Counter Billing Executive

We are looking for a Counter Billing Executive cum Ticket Booking Counter Executive to join our team Future Pods. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15,000-20,000 and growth opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Greeting & Assistance:

Politely welcome passengers approaching the counter.

Understand their destination and assist them with booking an auto rickshaw from the stationed fleet.

2. Ride Booking & Allotment:

Create Booking.

Inform the dispatch/fleet team for vehicle assignment – no direct coordination with drivers required.

3. Customer Support & Communication:

Answer basic queries from passengers related to the service.

Guide them to the boarding point after booking confirmation.

4. Queue Management:

Ensure orderly movement and manage first-come, first-served flow for booking requests.

Politely manage waiting passengers during peak hours.

5. Cleanliness & Professional Conduct:

Keep the counter area neat and presentable at all times.

Maintain a courteous and professional behavior with all passengers.

6. Follow SOPs & Shift Handover:

Adhere to all operational guidelines and protocols.

Ensure proper shift handover with booking status and pending notes (if any).
