Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling in-store sales, assisting walk-in customers, and ensuring excellent customer service at the counter.

Key Responsibilities:

 Demonstrate and explain products, and assist in selecting the right item.

 Maintain the display and cleanliness of the counter area.

 Process billing and handle cash/card payments efficiently

 Maintain inventory and inform the manager of stock levels.

 Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
