Compliance Executive

We are looking for a Compliance Executive to join our team at Eleganz Interiors Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, such as the Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages Act, and Employee Provident Fund Act.

2. Maintain accurate records and returns related to labor compliance, including PF, ESIC, and Labour Welfare Fund.

3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor labor compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

5. Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports to relevant authorities timely

6. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless compliance

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience.

Experience in using online portals such as:

- EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organisation)

- ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation)
