Visit clients to collect outstanding payments
Maintain accurate records of collections and cash handling
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Provide daily reports to the management team
Negotiate payment arrangements and timelines with clients
Identify and flag problematic accounts needing further action
Provide exceptional customer service during collection visits
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred
Proven experience in field collections or a related area
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Clean background check and credit history
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
