Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tele Collection Executive to join our team and take responsibility for contacting customers to recover outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with pending payments.

• Explain the dues and payment terms to customers clearly.

• Follow up regularly with defaulters for payment recovery.

• Update collection status in the system accurately.

• Resolve customer queries and disputes related to payments.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for collection calls and recovery.

• Coordinate with field collection team if required.

Requirements:

• Good Communication.

• 2–5 years of experience in tele collections

• Good communication skills in [Hindi, English].

• Computer knowledge and Tally experiences

• Polite, persistent, and professional attitude.
