Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the accounts and finance functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, financial accuracy, and strategic financial planning to support the company’s growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, etc.).

  • Coordinate internal and statutory audits, and manage audit queries.

• Accounts Management:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting.

  • Finalization of accounts and preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow statements.

• Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Handle direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

  • Timely filing of returns and ensuring proper documentation.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Prepare budgets and forecasts in consultation with business heads.

  • Monitor budget variances and provide insights for corrective action.

• Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct ratio analysis, cost control, and profitability analysis.

  • Prepare MIS reports for senior management decision-making.

• Treasury & Fund Management:

  • Manage cash flow and banking operations.

  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions for working capital and other finance-related matters.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS)

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Good understanding of taxation laws and compliance

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
