Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Construction Industry

Location: New Delhi
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years (Post-Qualification)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (First Attempt preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will handle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit processes with a strong understanding of project-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities (AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations).

• Project-based accounting and cost tracking for construction sites.

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ongoing projects.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS, GST, TDS, etc.).

• Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits; coordinate with auditors.

• Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

• Work closely with the project and procurement teams for financial controls.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified CA (preferably First Attempt).

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the construction or infrastructure industry.

• Sound knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
