Job title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of internal audit experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in evaluating internal controls, risk management, and compliance in a corporate environment similar to JHS & Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial and operational audits across company functions.

• Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Identify risks, investigate discrepancies, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.

• Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations to senior management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance.

• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on remedial actions.

• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, compliance laws, and best practices in internal auditing.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification (mandatory).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant internal audit experience in a corporate setting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in audit planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and use of accounting/audit software (e.g., Excel, SAP).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
