Responsibilities:

• Review and process medical claims and billing data

• Ensure accuracy in billing codes and insurance details

• Follow up with insurance companies for claim status

• Handle patient billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies

• Good communication skills (English – verbal and written)

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
