Job Title: Billing Executive
Location: Dwarka Sector-8, New Delhi
Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding
Experience Required: 1–3 years (Freshers with relevant internship experience can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate invoices for air and ocean freight shipments.

• Ensure accuracy of billing details including shipment charges, taxes, and client information.

• Coordinate with operations and sales teams for timely and accurate billing.

• Maintain records of billing, payment status, and reconciliation reports.

• Follow up with clients and internal departments for pending payments and clarifications.

• Process credit notes, debit notes, and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Manage billing software and generate MIS reports as required.

• Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable taxation norms.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of logistics and freight billing processes.

• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, etc.).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com, BBA, etc.)

• Experience in a logistics or freight forwarding company is a plus
