We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage our company’s invoicing and billing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner

• Verify billing data and ensure compliance with contracts and pricing agreements

• Maintain records of payments and account statuses

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies

• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance) to ensure accurate billing

• Prepare reports on billing activities and account receivables

• Assist in the month-end closing process

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

• 1+ year of experience in billing, invoicing, or a related finance role
