Key Responsibilities

• Co‑Lending Strategy:

  • Develop and manage partnerships with NBFCs, banks, and Lending Service Providers (LSPs).

  • Structure co‑lending deals: leverage risk‑sharing models, negotiate interest‑spread splits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Product & App Design Input:

  • Translate lending requirements into product features for our mobile app (e.g., credit‑scoring modules, disbursement flows, repayment schedules).

  • Work closely with engineering to ensure seamless integration of underwriting logic.

• Market & Regulatory Research:

  • Stay up‑to‑date on RBI guidelines, NBFC licensing, and MSME lending norms.

  • Advise on risk frameworks for equipment financing, microloans, and SME credit.

• Go‑to‑Market & Operations:

  • Define customer segments (e.g. small manufacturers, contractors), design onboarding/KYC processes and repayment collection strategies.

  • Pilot lending programs, track performance metrics (DSO, NPA, yield) and iterate.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with credit bureaus, payment gateways, and legal teams to finalize agreements and SLAs.

  • Prepare deal memos and present proposals to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years in lending business or banking (NBFCs, PSU banks, microfinance institutions).

• Deep understanding of co‑lending regulations, RBI frameworks, and MSME/equipment financing.

• Hands‑on experience with digital lending platforms or fintech app launches.

• Strong analytical skills: financial modeling, risk assessment, portfolio performance tracking.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical product requirements.
