The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the front office team and other departments. This role involves managing data, processing paperwork, handling internal communication, and ensuring smooth daily business operations behind the scenes.
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
Handle data entry with accuracy and speed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Respond to internal emails and escalate issues if required.
Manage inventory of office supplies and reorder when necessary.
Support billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
Ensure confidentiality of company data and documents.
Provide administrative support to senior staff and departments.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in administrative or back-office roles is an advantage.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
