Key Responsibilities:
Financial Audits:
Reviewing financial statements, records, and transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Operational Audits:
Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of various business processes, such as production, inventory management, procurement, and warranty claims.
Compliance Audits:
Assessing adherence to industry standards, legal requirements, and internal policies, including environmental and safety regulations.
Internal Control Assessments:
Evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal control systems to prevent fraud, errors, and inefficiencies.
Reporting and Recommendations:
Preparing detailed audit reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations for improvement to management and stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Working with other departments, such as finance, operations, and legal, to implement audit recommendations and improve overall performance.
Staying Updated:
Keeping abreast of industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices in auditing.
Skills/Other requirements :
Should know Tally, MS Excel, minimum 1 year expereince under CA would also do, No compulsion of Auto experience
