Key Responsibilities:
1. Record Management: Maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets.
2. Data Entry: Inputting financial data into systems and ensuring accuracy.
3. Invoice Processing: Processing invoices and payments, ensuring they are entered correctly and reconciled.
4. Financial Statement Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
5. Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, accounts, and other financial records.
6. Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, answering phones, and handling mail.
7. Basic Bookkeeping: Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions and managing accounts.

Required Skills:
1. Accuracy is crucial in accounting, requiring a keen eye for detail.
2. Organization: Excellent organizational skills are needed to manage financial records and tasks effectively.
3. Data Entry: Proficiency in data entry and using accounting software is essential.
4. Good communication skills are needed to interact with colleagues and external team

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll processing.
2. Budgeting: Assisting with budget preparation and tracking.
3. Tax Returns: Assisting with tax return preparation.
4. Cash Management: Managing petty cash and cash transactions.
5. Need to wait if chairman is in meeting.
