Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced male Account Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations, manage financial records, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings and compliances

Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MIS

Coordinate with auditors, CA, and external consultants

Maintain accounts payable and receivable records with accuracy

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking

Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for customer payments

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely collections

Resolve client payment issues and respond to related queries promptly

Keep accurate documentation of payment status and outstanding balances
