Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll.

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgets.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

• Coordinate with auditors during financial and tax audits.

• Develop internal controls and financial policies to safeguard assets and improve efficiency.

• Lead, train, and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

• Support financial forecasting and risk analysis activities.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and resolve issues.
