Job Requirements:
Responsible and co-ordinate with Team for timely delivery of Financials reporting requirements, Finance and Treasury related works, Co-ordinate with Auditors, Analysis of overheads for cost reduction initiatives. To Act as a second line executive for Department Head.
JOB ROLE:
•Review Financial Statements with all Schedules / Notes, cut off procedures and provision for expenses, get & / compile reports from various plants & departments.
•Scrutinize ledger accounts, track various internal reports and ensure reconciliations for all requisite GL codes.
•To co-ordinate with DH – Accounts and ensure timely completion of statutory audit, limited review, tax audit and cost audit. To ensure completion of audit without any major non conformance.
•Ensure compliances on all Direct taxes and validation of all returns submitted. Also aid DH & FH in terms of Income Tax Appeals, Assessments, etc.,
•Ensure compliance with prevalent mandatory
•Helps Function Head / Department Head in tax planning and proper estimation of advance tax.
• Ensure completion of tax audit under section 44 AB of I.T Act
• Helps Function Head in handling appeals, ITassessment including co-ordination with tax consultants (appointed on case to case basis).
•Review and monitor capex spend and send periodical reports to DH & FH. Will perform the controlling function of capex management
and will work in co-ordination with DH –Accounts. Will also check the depreciation accounting and classification of assets & split
up between capital and revenue expenditure.
