Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow.

• Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely invoicing and payments.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies.

• Assist with monthly and annual closings.

• Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.

• Coordinate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.

• Use accounting software (such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.

• Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.

• Familiarity with Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

• Experience with ERP software or advanced Excel functions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
