Accounts Manager

We are seeking a versatile and driven professional to fill a dual-role position combining accounting and sales responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in finance who also excels at client interaction and business development. You’ll manage financial operations while also helping to grow the company's revenue through sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements

• Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank transactions

• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory compliance

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

• Maintain organized financial documentation and support audits

Sales Duties:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Conduct product/service presentations and client meetings

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals

• Track sales performance and report on targets

• Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• 2+ years experience in accounting and/or sales

• Strong understanding of financial principles and sales processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and CRM tools

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities

• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
