Accounts Executive

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting records such as sales, purchase, receipts, and payments.

2. Handle customer billing and invoicing for broadband, fiber, or internet services.

3. Manage accounts receivable – follow up with customers for payments.

4. Manage accounts payable – process vendor payments and track due dates.

5. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and maintain GST records.

6. Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns accurately as per schedule.

7. Perform monthly bank reconciliations to match cash book with bank statements.

8. Generate financial reports – profit & loss account, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.
