Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to oversee all financial operations, including managing payments, tracking expenses, handling bank deposits, and preparing budgets for Ntronix Systems LLP in Pune at Baner. The role involves invoicing, purchase tracking, payment reconciliation and update in ZOHO CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

• Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Co-ordinate with CA & operations team whenever required.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate & 0.5 - 3 years of experience in accounting or finance are perfect for this role. Besides, they must have proficiency in tools like ZOHO CRM and MS Excel.
