Accounts Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle all aspects of financial transactions, tax compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payments, GST filings, income tax returns (ITR), and overall financial accuracy to support the organization’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including vendor and client payments.

• Ensure timely GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliation.

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) as per regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper cash flow management.

• Oversee TDS calculations and filing. Coordinate with auditors and assist in statutory audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

• Provide financial analysis and reporting for management decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with all taxation laws and regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience in handling GST, return filing, and ITR processes. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws and accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
