Accounts Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with strong command over accounting functions,

statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and modern accounting software such as Tally Prime.

This role requires someone reliable, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to

work cross-functionally with our internal teams.

You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and

supporting operational teams with timely financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily banking and cash transactions across multiple regions

• Record journal entries for bank, cash, and expenses

• Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS returns

• Reconcile GSTR-2B with company books

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable, including vendor payments

• Book purchase invoices with proper supporting documentation

• Conduct daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers

• Prepare and share timely sales invoices with clients

• Maintain and update inventory and stock-in-hand reports

• Issue Purchase Orders to vendors in coordination with operations

• Perform creditor reconciliation periodically

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience

• In-depth knowledge of Tally Prime (latest version)

• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and return filing

• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas

• Solid grasp of accounting principles and current compliance norms
