Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP

• Handle sales & purchase invoices and data entry

• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance

• Prepare and maintain petty cash records

• Support in GST, TDS filing & compliance documentation

• Coordinate with auditors and vendors for basic queries

• Help prepare basic reports for management review

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/BAF/BBI preferred)

• Basic working knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime, or any accounting software

• Familiar with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data entry)

• Good understanding of accounting principles

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
