Accounts Executive

Job description for account executive role:

We are looking for an immediate joiners experienced Accountant / Account executive (female) to oversee all financial operations, including managing payments, tracking expenses, handling bank deposits, and preparing budgets for Medical Institute Of Screening Test in Delhi, Backend office at Naraina Vihar. The role involves auditing financial records, bank statements, and calculating taxes and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage all accounting transactions using Tally software i.e. tally prime.

·       Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.

·       GST and TDS data preparation and return filing.

·       Process tax payments and returns.

·       Audit financial transactions and documents.

·       Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

·       Maintain timely and accurate general ledger entries.

·       Manage balance sheets

·       Maintain confidentiality of financial data and conduct data backups.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate & 6months -1 years of experience in accounting or finance are perfect for this role. Good knowledge in MS Excel.

Working hours: Mon to Sat, 9:30am to 6:30pm
