Position: Accounts Executive
Experience: 4–5 Years
Location: Porur, Chennai
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Accounts Head

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the complete accounting operations of our Porur, Chennai branch. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of relevant experience, with strong command over Advanced Excel and preferably SAP software. In addition to accounting responsibilities, the role involves email coordination and general office administrative support. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.

• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

• Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, and vendor payments.

• Generate accurate financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS, etc.).

• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Coordinate with the Head Office accounts and audit team.

• Ensure timely collection from clients and maintain receivable records.

• Handle email communications with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

• Assist with general office tasks, filing, document management, and day-to-day branch administration.

• Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

• 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a branch or unit-level setup.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data analysis, MIS reporting).

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP software (preferred).

• Proficient in Hindi, English, and Tamil – both written and spoken.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
