Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive (Female) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting practices, financial reporting, TDS, GST, bank reconciliations, and hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and MIS reports.

• Ensure timely invoicing, vendor payments, and follow-ups for receivables.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.

• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting standards.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Good communication skills and team spirit.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Noida/Sector 5.
