Accounts Executive

We are seeking a smart and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support both finance and human resource functions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting and HR operations, with strong communication skills in Kannada and English.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash)

2. Support monthly payroll processing

3. Handle employee documentation and internal HR communication

4. Prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile bank statements

5. Assist in HR policy implementation and team engagement activities

6. Maintain organized financial documentation and records

7. Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes

8. Maintain employee attendance and leave records

9. Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
